This video was used to unveil a relaunch for Movement Bank. 



SCRIPT:

It’s never been about the money.

One-hundred years ago,
twenty-one doctors and teachers,
farmers and preachers
stood up to a banking system
that had shut them out.

They started their own bank.

Our bank.

The bank served all people.
Black and white.
Rich and poor. 

It helped turn crops into cash.
Buildings into businesses.

Today, it’s still not about the money.

We continue to stand in the way
and break the cycle
where the system wins
and people lose.

We continue to reach out
to those who have been left behind
and offer them the tools to prosper.

We continue what our founders started.

Loving and serving people.
Welcoming everyone with open arms
and putting almost all of our profits back into neighborhoods so we can all thrive

This is our heritage. Our legacy. Our purpose.

Movement is a bank.
But it’s so much bigger than banking.
